Change the Pattern
Being human means we get stuck in patterns of emotions, thoughts and behaviors that don’t work for us. While we can sometimes find new solutions on our own, often we need help from someone else to help us make the change.
This is when therapy can help.
I earned my Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Denver in 1998. Since then I have worked with children, adolescents, adults and couples with a variety of problems. The majority of that work has been in anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, and sport psychology. I was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver for 12 years, teaching on these subjects.
